Is a license required to rent a vehicle?
Driver’s must have a valid driver’s license at the time of rental. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.
Will I need insurance?
Yes. There are two options for insurance. Insurance coverage can be provided for $10/day for any driver 25 years of age or older or personal insurance coverage can be applied to your vehicle rental.
Deposit Rules
Every rental agreement requires a credit card pre-authorization for the estimate of the rental plus an additional $500.00 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned following the rental vehicles return.
Are seat belts required when driving or riding in the vehicle?
All passengers in the front and rear must always wear a seat belt. All children under 5 years must have a child seat.
How long can I rent a vehicle?
The minimum rental duration for our vehicles is 1 day. However, we offer flexible options, allowing you to rent for longer. It's worth noting that to take advantage of our discounted rates, we recommend renting for 5 days or more.
Prohibited Activities
DO NOT Spray any Suntan Lotion or Sunscreen in or around vehicles, this will be subject to a $500.00 fee.
Non-removable Tops Keep the jeep tops on at all times. Removal of the tops is subject to a $500.00 fee.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your car rental reservation, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Vehicle Return Policy
Vehicle must be returned to the same condition it was received. Your vehicle must be returned to the scheduled location by the time stated on your rental agreement or as otherwise agreed with us, or additional charges may apply. Vehicles that are returned dirty with sand, will be charged a cleaning fee. No exceptions allowed.
No Show Policy
In the event of a no show by a customer, we will retain 100% of the deposit.
Fuelling Policy
Your rental vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel. Your rental vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel received upon pick-up. Failure to do so will be a refueling charge of $25.00 plus the cost of the amount of fuel needed.
Driving Policy
When driving in the USVI we drive on the left-hand side. Do not use handheld devices while driving.
Smoking Policy
For the convenience and pleasure of all our customers, we maintain a non-smoking policy. If you fail to do so, there will be a fee applied. SMOKE ACT, NO. 7171.
